Whole Wheat Blender Pancakes

Put in Blender and blend for 4 minutes:
1 c. milk
1 c. whole wheat

Add the rest of the ingredients and blend for 2 minutes:
1 tsp. baking powder 2 tbsp. honey
1 tsp. cinnamon 1/3 c. unsweetened applesauce
1 tsp. salt 2 eggs
1 tsp. baking soda

Cook on hot griddle.
